Keystone K-LOK® Series 36/37 High Performance Butterfly Valve with Powered Actuator

The Keystone K-LOK® Series 36/37 is an ASME Class 150 and 300 high performance butterfly valve complete with powered actuator, configurable by power source, size, function and more.

Features

Keystone K-LOK® Series 36/37 High Performance Butterfly Valve
K-LOK polymer and elastomer seats provide bi-directional, drop-tight shut-off in vacuum as well as at full rated differential pressure.
Blow-out resistant shaft is standard on all valves for increased safety.
Unique packing design allows for use in pressure as well as vacuum without modification or special assembly.
Disc taper pins are tangentially positioned half in disc and half in shaft, placing them in compression rather than shear, which eliminates potential for failure.
Rocker-shaped gland bridge compensates for uneven adjustment of gland nuts reducing packing leaks.
Integrally cast disc position stop perfectly locates the disc in seat, achieving maximum seat and seal life.
Extended neck allows for 50 mm (2") of pipeline insulation.
Integrally cast mounting pad provides direct mounting of actuators eliminating the need for costly brackets and couplings.
Flattened body bore at shaft journal ports positions shaft bearings near disc, providing maximum shaft support resulting in reduced wear and longer life.

Direct mounting to all Keystone butterfly valves and ball valves.
Valve connection compatible with Keystone (imperial and metric) and ISO 5211.
Double Rack and Pinion design nullifies side loads on the pinion shaft, minimizing bearing wear and extending life.
Optimized product flow with standard mounted travel stops for valve position adjustment in open and close position (+/- 5° at each end).
Anodized aluminium body with electrostatic powder coating (ESPC) finish provides durable protection against corrosive environments.
Double acting and spring return versions available for cost effective and safe operation.
Up to 12 individual springs offer flexible torque range for both ball as butterfly valves.
Pre-compressed spring design and anti-blowout drive pinion means safe maintenance and operation.
